My dog is lethargic, vomiting clear liquid for days. Could be bloat?

My dog is usually very hyper and now she’s just in her bed all day and does not move and she seems depressed. When she vomits it’s just clear liquid. She has been like this for I think four days. Is it Bloat? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed

It is unlikely to be bloat but an intestinal blockage, an infection or even a toxin or cancer can cause these signs. Gracie needs to be examined by a veterinarian and likely further tests like an X-ray are needed to figure out for sure what is going on.
