My dog has an allergic reaction. Can I give Benadryl after aspirin?

I got home from work several hours ago and my dogs face was very swollen, especially her right eye. I cleaned her eye with water, an hour later, the right eye was fine but the left eye had swollen even worse. i cleaned that eye and gave her an aspirin for the inflammation (since I didnt have benadryl on hand). I then noticed she is covered in bumps so im thinking fire ants. Can I give her benadryl after already giving her aspirin? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | spayed | 4 years and 2 months old | 185 lbs

This does sound suspicious of an allergic reaction.
