My dog keeps chewing her foot and running with a crouched back. Why?

She keeps chewing on her back foot, and when she runs her back is kind of crouched downwards the whole time while she’s running, should this be something I should be concerned about? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 4 lbs

It sounds like Honey is either painful or itchy. The crouched stance can be back pain, itchy rear end, or knee pain sometimes. Based on your description I wonder if she could have an anal sac infection. I would highly encourage you to have her evaluated by your veterinarian soon.
