Why is my bird's eye red, watery, and losing feathers?

Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

I don't know what's wrong with him but I noticed that his left eye is etching him and I noticed that around his eye is red and loss of feathers around his eye and it is filled with water also his wing is wet from these drops of eye

That is likely to be due to a mild to moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to a trauma or infection. A check up would be needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Corneal injuries must be ruled out as well.
