My dog is coughing, breathing heavy, and losing weight. What should I do?

Hi I wanted to see if I could have someone tell me any possible diagnosis based on my dogs symptoms. I know that you cant be sure on whats wrong with her unless she visits a vet, but I just wanted to see if I could be told what could possibly be wrong with her based on her symptoms. Her symptoms include coughing, heavy breathing, and possible weight loss. Other than that she acts the same. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 12 lbs

Cough can be caused by an infection, heart problem or lung condition, it is important to first know the cause before treating it as treatment is different from condition to another. As weight loss is involved it is likely to be a chronic condition, i strongly recommend taking Hannah to the vet ASAP in order to get it treated.
