Setting up for a new kitten: Where to place essentials & ease her in?

We are bringing home a persian kitten in 2 weeks, and I was wondering where I should keep the bed, litterbox, food bowls, scratching post etc. Some websites say to keep them all in one room but I don't know what's best for the kitten. Also when the kitten comes home, how can we gradually ease her into our home life and show her where the litterbox is? Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | spayed

The food bowl should be in a separate room than the litter bowl, i recommend putting one water bowl in the same room as the food but not one beside the other, i also recommend having an additional water bowl in a different room. Beds and scratching posts according to the space you have in your home.
