Why is my dog losing weight, always thirsty, hungry, and peeing?

THe past few weeks Marley has been losing weight he hasn’t got worms or fleas or anything I feed him more than the recommended amount and he still losing weight he eats his own dinner and then comes to the table and everyone will pass him down scraps he’s also uncontrollably thirsty and he’s always hungry last night I was holding him and he peed all over me but he’s house trained.
