I believe my chaweenie has mastitis, she just had her first litter on the 6th of January and she’s been acting very uncomfortable when her puppies try and nurse. Can someone please tell me what she has because I’m scared!

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It's hard to tell in the pictures. In the first picture the mammary gland does look hard and is at risk for mastitis. None of the glands look obviously infected. I would warm compress the hard glands and either force the puppies to nurse those glands or you manually express them often. If the glands become red then she should see a Vet for antibiotics. Sometimes mastitis requires surgery. I hope this helps and I wish Olivia the best!
