Why is my dog shaking, breathing fast, and has a high temperature?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 14 years and 11 months old | 60 lbs

Maggi is shaking worse then if she were cold and breathing pretty heavy and fast and her temperature is 103.3, she wants to be right on me and wants to be touched

Something is definitely making her feel bad, but this is not specific to any one problem. The fact that she has a high temperature makes me suspicious that she has an infection. The best thing you can do is have a vet check her out to identify and treat the problem.
