My kitten's eye is red, slightly closed, no discharge. Should I worry?

Kittens eye is slightly red, no discharge just slightly closed. What should I do and should I be worried?

This could be the beginning of an upper respiratory, a conjunctivitis, or even an ulcer on the eye. I would try to flush it out with some artificial tears. If she is continuing to hold it closed, then I would have your vet take a look at it. Your vet will be able to determine the problem with the eye and get her started on the proper medicated eye drops if needed. I hope this helps!
