My 3-month puppy is sick: salivating, weak, no appetite. What's wrong?

Hi, my 3 month year old puppy has been salivating extremely, has weakness, also has a loss of appetite and throws up any medicine i give him. What could this possibly be? We just got him about a week ago along with his sister. And she got sick as well a few days ago, but with children’s Tylenol, pedialyte, and rest she’s made a full recovery. We give him the same medicine and care but he seems to be getting worse. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | 3 months and 6 days old | 8 lbs

First of all DO NOT give Tylenol to Simba as it can be highly toxic to dogs. It sounds as Simba is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
