My 3-month puppy is sick: salivating, weak, no appetite. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | 3 months and 6 days old | 8 lbs

Hi, my 3 month year old puppy has been salivating extremely, has weakness, also has a loss of appetite and throws up any medicine i give him. What could this possibly be? We just got him about a week ago along with his sister. And she got sick as well a few days ago, but with children’s Tylenol, pedialyte, and rest she’s made a full recovery. We give him the same medicine and care but he seems to be getting worse.

First of all DO NOT give Tylenol to Simba as it can be highly toxic to dogs. It sounds as Simba is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
