My bulldog's penis bleeds when aroused. Is it too big for his sheath?

7 month old English bulldog. He is just like an average teenage boy that constantly gets aroused and his penis is too large for the opening in his sheath, so it rips and bleeds EVERY time he gets excited. Any suggestions?

If you are not planning on breeding him, immediate castration would be recommended to prevent recurrence. If you are considering breeding, surgical widening of the opening in the prepuce may be required
