My puppy has bloody diarrhea after eating carrots. Is it serious?

My puppy ate carrots but he started having diarrhoea and it’s starting to get bloody does he have food poisoning?

I'm sorry to hear that Milo is having diarrhea! Carrots are not toxic to dogs and would not normally cause bloody diarrhea, so it's likely that something else is causing his symptoms. Common causes of diarrhea like this in puppies would include intestinal parasites like hookworms or coccidia, parvo, an intestinal infection, or eating something else that he shouldn't have. Bloody diarrhea can be a serious problem, so I would recommend taking Milo to the vet for an exam as soon as you can. The veterinarian can do a fecal exam under the microscope to check for parasites, and may also recommend blood work or other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem.
