My African Dwarf Frog died. What caused the green spot on her chest?

in response to the previous answer about ADF, she died this morning and she had a green spot on her chest. we cut her open and have pictures of what we found. Thanks Emi Knanfo

Hi. I can’t be completely sure from the pictures, but the mass of tissue removed and to the right of the body appears to be a very diseased liver (or perhaps a hemorrhagic egg mass). I would be worried that those granulomatous appearing lesions could be caused by mycobacterium. Some mycobacterium species can be infectious to people (zoonotic) so please make sure you wash your hands thoroughly! I’m very sorry for your loss.
