Why is my 2-week-old puppy crying with painful diarrhea?

Mini Schneider pup 2 weeks old on goats milk recommended from my vet but has loose stools and very irritated bung area. Poor baby crys with bowel movement. Clean with warm water and no rubbing. Told to keep antibiotic ointment on it but still very irritated and hurts. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Male | unneutered | 16 days old | 1lb

Hi. Poor little guy. Yes, loose stool after awhile can cause irritation. You can try the antibiotic cream as well as a small amount of hydrocortisone on ouster aspect. If it begins to look infected, you'll need to get him in. Also, I recommend getting the feces checked for parasites with your veterinarian. Good luck
