I have a daschund puppy that was born December 15 he is unable to stand up on front legs kind of army crawls in a circle.Was wondering selenium deficiency or swimmer puppy syndrome? Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Female | unspayed | 22 days old | 1lb

Hello. These type of situations very rarely involve a nutritional deficiency, so I doubt selenium has anything to do with your puppy's inability to walk. Swimmer puppy syndrome is a possibility & one your veterinarian can diagnose pretty quickly. Some of these puppies mature out of this, but you do want to have the Ruby looked at in case some other treatments are recommended. Take care.
