Hello, sorry to hear about Sheba. There are a couple reasons why she may have developed those blisters. One possibility is of puppy strangles which is an auto immune inflammation of the skin around the face and muzzle of dogs. This is usually treated medically. Other causes include infections with parasites, bacteria, or even yeast. Sheba should be evaluated by a veterinarian to look for infectious causes, if none are found, she may then have puppy strangles. Hope this helps and best of luck.
