My dog lost fur around eyes & nose. How long until it grows back?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 18 days old | 44 lbs

Pharah has lost a lot of fur around eyes and nose. She was tested for demodex mite but they didn't find anything. What could it be? She's now on Sporimune medicine for 2 months. She's been using it for week now and redness and itch is going. How long it takes to grow fallen fur back?

If the symptoms are improving with sporimmune then this is most likely an immune mediated issue such as allergy/hypersensitivity which may require lifelong management. Fallen hair takes 6-8 weeks to regrow once inflammation subsides so it may be up to 3months before there is a noticable cosmetic improvement
