I would recommend having a veterinarian examine Chance so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. This may be an allergic reaction or infectious in nature. Trauma can also cause swelling and the ear may be drooping from infection or trauma. It would be best to have a veterinarian examine him so that Chance can receive the most appropriate treatment.
