Why is my 4-month-old kitten skinny, lethargic, and breathing fast?

We have four, 4 month old kittens. One of them has lost weight. He seems like he is so skinny compared to his siblings. He doesn't play as much as he used to, he seems to lay around a lot, sometimes he'll just be looking down and real quiet. He has rapid breathing and he's not sneezing a lot or anything. I'm not sure what is wrong, I hate seeing him like this. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 1 day old
