My dog has a head tilt. Could it be from her Apoquel or Prednisone?

Hi, my dog has open soars on her paws witch she continuously licks. The Vet prescribed Prednisone to clear them up and Apoquel for the itching. She has been on then for about 2 weeks now and we noticed in the last couple of days that her head has been slightly tilted to the side. Could this be caused by the medication? Is this something serious that should be addressed right away?

Hi there, It sounds like Roxy may have an ear infection or something stuck in her ear. Typically this is why dogs will tilt their head. I don't think it's related to the medications but I would recommend having your vet check her and see if she has a deep ear infection. I hope that helps and thanks for using Pet Coach!
