What is the prognosis after the SCC in oral cavity is found? Penny size red lesion and it has spread to rhe lymphnode causing it to fill with pus? The cat is 20 years old, will need to know when to let him fo. He is super thin 5.8 lbs (12 lbs when he was younger)

Poor mo, he does look very debilitated. Unfortunately with such a severe lesion, weight loss and infection it may be advisable to consider letting him go very soon as his quality of life is reducing and the prospect of a cure is unlikely
