My dog's old leg dislocation still hurts. What can I give her?

My dog hurt her leg a while ago. She dislocated something in her back left leg. It seems to be bothering her now even though its healed and no longer pops out of place. What could I give her to help? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 7 months old | 26.6 lbs
