My puppy refuses to eat after salmon. Is it an allergy or dislike?

Hello . Are dogs allergetic to salmon can ? My 3-month GSD girl doesn't eat food as much as she was doing . As far as I know after feeding her the Salmon can , she refuses the food . Thanks. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 24 lbs

If she is refusing to eat and that is her only symptom, then she may just not like Salmon. Allergies to food cause itchy skin and skin redness and irritation.
