My pregnant Rottweiler is sick, not eating, and has an eye infection.

Hello, My female Rottweiler Indra , who is currently pregnant from 27 days is sick and is not eating since days . She even has an eye infection and is hardly getting up. She never got sick before . Please don’t ask me to show her to the vet , as the vets here in Pakistan Dont Know shit . I showed her to the vet and she just said she has an eye infection. And she’s gonna be fine in 3 days , but sadly she’s getting worse . She doesn’t have fever so I’m not scared . Please answer wisely! I would be very concerned about her, she appears very unwell and weak and this could put both her and pregnancy at risk. I would be afraid of a serious infection possibly from the mating ir a viral disease such as distemper. She needs urgent fluid therapy for rehydration and an ultrasound exam and blood tests to assess the health if the pups and also Indra
