11 month old lurcher has a tik or wart on her back paw, we’re not sure what it is as we can’t see any legs poking out so we don’t want to attempt to remove It, she seems to be in slight discomfort so any advice would be great thanks

It isn't a tick. It appears to be a small growth or cyst. Since Bonnie seems bothered by it, have her examined by your veterinarian. A fine needle aspirate can be done in the clinic to collect samples for pathology. Once results are returned, you can discuss treatment options with your veterinarian. If she can lick or chew it, place an e-collar (cone) on her until she sees the vet.
