My dog has red, growing chest lumps and a black one. Is it serious?

My dog has a lump on his chest on both sides what have grown ones red what is the bigger one and there’s a black lump what goes inside but it pops up when u press it so did the red one but now it just stays out. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 5 months old
