Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Male | neutered | 6 years and 2 months old | 45 lbs
My dog chewed off and ate the tail off his green stuffed animal last night. It was about an inch in size. No stuffing in it. Vet said we could induce vomiting, but most likely it will pass. We gave him a tablespoon of hydrogen poroxide, but he didn't vomit. Vet said if no vomit, to leave him alone as it should of been small enough to pass. I checked his poop this morning and found nothing. He's acting and eating normal today. Is there still hope it will pass later today? How long does it take?

IT can take several days to pass, sometimes it stays in the stomach for some time before it continues to the intestines. as long as he is eating normally and not vomiting i would recommend to continue monitoring him and checking his poo daily.
