Why is my rabbit peeing red after a dog almost attacked him?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Male | 1 year old

Last night my dog almost attack my rabbit, I checked my rabbit to see if he was hurt but he had no scars or anything he did seemed really scared and did not move for quite a few minutes, today he was in his area and when I went there to see how he was doing I found red pee and this red thing along with other small pieces of the same.

This looks like blood in the urine with possible blood clots, you will need to take Plush to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked, if he is suffering from a urinary infection he will need to have a course of antibiotics.
