How to get rid of persistent pet lice affecting my pets, home, and me?

My pets and I (two small dogs that sleep with me and if I’m down, they are sleeping next to me to stay warm), have had a lice problem for months and months (my cat also has them) and I cannot get rid of this and it’s ruining my life! Is there something that we can ingest that would kill them at the same time? I’m going broke trying to keep us “clean” at the same time! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 6 years old

Hi. Talk with your veterinarian for prescribing a medication, and treat all oets, as well as yourself. And in addition, call a professional exterminating company to treat the environment or they will keep coming back. Good luck. Sorry you are going though this.
