Hello, and thank you for your question. Blood in the urine can be a sign of a urinary tract infection, urinary crystals, bladder stones, prostate infection, or kidney disease, among other things. I would suggest having Bronx checked out by a vet if the bloody urine continues over the next 24 hours. The vet will recommend a urine sample to check for infection, crystals, protein loss, etc. They may also check his prostate via a rectal exam. In the meantime, I would encourage Bronx to drink more water and take him out to pee a bit more often to flush out any potential bacteria or crystals in his urinary tract.
