Why is my senior Min Pin trembling, licking lips, and breathing hard?

My 11 yr old min pin seems to be having trouble breathing sometimes always locks her lips but first drink a lot cry bad body odor trembles and shakes alot. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Female | unspayed | 7 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I am sorry to hear Miss Harley isn’t feeling well. It sounds like she is nauseous since she is licking her lips. The trembling may be a sign of pain. I recommend taking her to a veterinarian for an exam, blood work and x-rays.
