Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 5 years and 10 months old | 84 lbs
Just to be on the safe side.. need to know if it’s okay for me to give my dog trazodone 150 mg (fireworks make him extra nervous) if he’s currently on gabapentin 300 mg 2 x/day & galliprant 60 mg for hip dysplasia

Yes you can give it with the other medications. Personally I’d not give Nico the gabapentin when giving the trazodone just to be extra cautious since you’ll only be giving it one night for the fireworks. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! If this has been prescribed by your veterinarian, then yes it is ok to combine these medications. It may result in sedation though. You could consider skipping the gabapentin just for today and give the Trazodone for example to avoid excessive sedation. Good luck and have a great new year!
