My dog has an eye dot, lump, and swollen testicle. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered

Hello, my dog is a 12 year old german shepherd. He has a medium sized black dot in his left eye apart from the iris. He has a big (if you put your pointer finger to your thumb) circular shaped thing underneath his skin on his back leg. Also one of his testicles is now bigger and more saggy. I wanted to know if these are normal? Im sorry if my english is bad its not my first language hope you can understand. Thank you

Let's start with the enlarged testicle......no, this is not normal. It is likely the swelling is a tumor (cancer). Luckily this is often cured by doing surgery to remove the testicles. Rarely does the testicular cancer spread to other parts of the body (but it is possible). The black dot in the eye is most likely an iris cyst which is benign and no treatment is needed. That being said, it is impossible for me to diagnose this over the internet. Really your vet needs to check the eye with an ophthalmoscope. The other possibility is that that dot is a melanoma (cancer). So, my recommendation is that you take Pas to the vet for a thorough examination and then discuss treatment options. Hope this helps. Best wishes and Happy New Year. P.S. - you're English was great! :)
