My rescue dog isn't improving. Can a vet find the best treatment?

I have been treating my dog with Nzymes for 2 months now with no improvement. Can a veterinarian cure this. Dog was a rescue from a hoarding house and had very little care. He is 7 y/o. I want the quickest and most effective treatment for this poor little guy. Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 14 lbs
