My dog is panting a lot and won't stop. When should I worry?

My dog has been panting a lot for last couple of days now and he wont stop. nothing seems to be wrong with him I'm just worried. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 49.5 lbs

Excessive panting is concerning for a lung, heart, or blood problem. Considering these all have potential to be serious diseases, it's best to have Hershey evaluated by a vet sometime soon.
