My dog just recovered from parvo, why isn't she pooping yet?

My 1 year old dog is recovering from parvo I bought her home yesterday and she hasent had a bowel movement just flautulance what can I do to help her have a bowel movement she does pee every 20 mins. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 year old | 40 lbs

I would not worry about a BM yet. Typically with parvo that have diarrhea and are placed on medicines to help control that. Add that with a minimal amount of food going in, it takes a while to build the intestinal tract back up. If she is straining then I would be concerned. if not give her a little more time
