My unneutered dogs only had one shot. Can they socialize safely?

Both the dogs haven’t been neutered yet, they only had their first injection. Is it okay if they mingle around? Will there be any side affect on their health? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! In theory yes though in reality if they are healthy and they do not have much contact with other animals, that is unlikely. Once they have had their full set of vaccines, they can hang out with other dogs. They are adorable! Good luck and have a great day!
