Hey Doc. I have a female bull mastiff, 20 months weight 33 kgs. From the past 1 week she had fever, trouble in eating, infact vomiting everything the water also that she drank. Energy level absolutely zero, and niw not able to walk also. First, we consulted a vet which prescribed few medicines anti biotics, paracetamol and multivitamins. But when the condition worsen we had her blood test, the results are not good. What can be suggested for her further. I have attached the reports.

Hello, Diana’s bloodwork shows anemia, low platelets, high white blood cell count, elevated kidney and liver enzymes. Further diagnostics including a blood smear, testing for infectious diseases (tick borne), chest x-rays and abdominal ultrasound will be needed to make a definitive diagnosis. The paracetamol should be used with caution as it can cause intestinal ulceration and liver dysfunction. I would strongly advise you to take Diana to the nearest veterinary emergency hospital for additional tests and treatment.
