My dog was bitten, now hair is falling out. Why isn't it growing back?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 6 months old | 25 lbs

My dog got bitten by another dog and we got it treated ,but suddenly the hair from that area began to fall and doesn't growing back.what shall I do?

It looks as though Danny has a skin infection in that area. Your veterinarian will be able to prescribe topical and oral antibiotics that will help treat the infection, allow the skin to heal and the hair to grow back.
