My dog won't eat, has fever, pale gums, wobbles. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Lhasa Apso | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 3 months old | 13.7 lbs

My dog didnt eat for 4days, he had fever and the vet gave him predisone inj twice to reduce his fever. he refuse to eat anything since 4 days bt drinking plenty of water. He's tierd and sleeping all day and seems wobbling when he's awake. His gums seems pale white.. a week back he done with his mating as under a vet guidance. Now he's less energetic and spiting when we force feed the food. Please do me the needful .. Thank you

I’m sorry to hear Crispy isn’t doing well. I would highly encourage blood work if that hasn’t been done. The white gums and fever concern me about infections that can cause anemia, like ehrlichia.
