My dog won't eat, has fever, pale gums, wobbles. What's wrong?

My dog didnt eat for 4days, he had fever and the vet gave him predisone inj twice to reduce his fever. he refuse to eat anything since 4 days bt drinking plenty of water. He's tierd and sleeping all day and seems wobbling when he's awake. His gums seems pale white.. a week back he done with his mating as under a vet guidance. Now he's less energetic and spiting when we force feed the food. Please do me the needful .. Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Lhasa Apso | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 3 months old | 13.7 lbs

I’m sorry to hear Crispy isn’t doing well. I would highly encourage blood work if that hasn’t been done. The white gums and fever concern me about infections that can cause anemia, like ehrlichia.
