What should I do with a baby wild mouse i found inside my work. It has fur and it's eyes are open. But it is not full grown.

Hi, the best thing would be to contact a local wildlife rehabilitation center. They can provide any nutritional support and treatments needed and release the mouth, if possible. Wildlife rehabilitators in your state should be listed online as they must be licensed. Good luck!
