Simparica isn't working for dog's sarcoptic mange. What else can I do?

Prolare lintoz diluted 1 oz to a gallon of water was suggested to me for sarcoptic mange. Seems like simparica is working slowly but he still itches. Do you suggest borax and peroxide baths? If not what do you suggest to do along with simparica. What would I apply on yard? Pet's info: Dog | Cocker Spaniel | Male | neutered | 34 lbs
