My dog got cocoa butter on skin, I washed it off. Will they be okay?

I put cocoa butter on my two 12 year old jack Russell’s after bathing them thinking it was Shea butter. I quickly washed it off. Will they be okay?? Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Yes, if Toto didn't lick any of it and you washed it off well with shampoo he should be fine. I am assuming it wasn't applied to his entire body, just a small area? I hope this helps and I wish you and Toto the best!
