My dog's black tongue, liver damage from medication. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | neutered | 5 years and 7 months old

My dog is not eating and drinking anything his tongue is getting black day by day as by fault my brother had given him medicine of insects killing for his stomach after then only he is not well and getting weaker day by day as I had shown my family vet he told me that his liver is damaged and blood is not circulating properly so pilease tell me how can my dog becomes fit and fine he is only 6 yrs old

I’m sorry to hear Charlie isn’t Feeling well. He needs medical attention if he is in liver failure. Even then he may not recover. He needs to be in the hospital on IV fluid therapy to flush the toxins out of his body. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do at home to help him. I recommend aggressive therapy in a vet hospital for his best chance of survival. Good luck and kisses to Charlie!
