Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Yes, Mark is fertile and can father puppies. I do not recommend breeding Mark because cryptorchidism (single descended testicle) is genetic and is a serious health concern. Mark should be neutered and the retained testicle needs to be found in his belly and removed. Leaving the testicle inside of him can cause that testicle to become cancerous. I hope this helps and I wish Mark the very best!
