Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male | neutered | 5 lbs

Hi, my cat is about 16 years old we adopted him. When we adopted him he was about one or two years old. He is now getting super skinny and is suffering. He has a really bad tooth. The vet pulled the dangling tooth but they couldn’t get the root out. They said he may have been hit by a car or got in a cat fight. We don’t have the money for surgery and even if we did we are scared to put him in for surgery because he is so old. He has troubles eating because of his tooth and also has some rotting

I am sorry that Sterling is not feeling well but I am not sure how to help you at this point. What is your question exactly? Do you have a specific question? Do you want to know what to do to treat him? Do you want to know what could be the underlying cause of his problems? Do you want to know when it may be time to put him to sleep? So, can you please post again and be more as specific as possible? Thank you.
