After dog training, will my GSD listen to me or just the trainer?

If I hire a trainer for my GSD 5 months old than he listen to only trainer or me also in future?? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 4 months and 29 days old

The dog should listen to anyone after training. Most trainers will train the dog and then at the end of the training they will teach the owner all the dog's commands and how to handle him. I would not be worried about this.
