Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 6 months old
Was just petting my rabbit today in the evening while it was on my lap and i heard some noise and realized it was from her stomach. Its not too loud neither too low to be heard. Its like a gargling sound and constantly happens like every 20-25 seconds. Im really worried for my rabbit if its just a bad stomach or something else, i've also noticed its poop was soft, the last i saw it was at least more than 1-2 weeks before.

I would not necessarily be worried about the gut sounds. That can be normal. However, when you pair that with the soft stool that can indicate a bacterial imbalance in the GI tract. I would suggest you start giving Jerry some probiotics. Also be sure you have the diet 100% correct. The majority of Jerry's diet should be hay and fruits/veggies. Pellets should only a be a tiny portion of the diet. Rabbits have a digestive tract very similar to a horse which is why they need a lot of roughage in the form of hay. Zupreem is an excellent diet and I would recommend their hay and pellets: https://www.petsworld.in/zupreem-natures-promise-western-timothy-hay-397-gms.html https://www.petsworld.in/zupreem-rabbits-pellet-food-5lbs-2-26-kg.html I would use this probiotic daily for at least one month. https://www.amazon.in/Bene-Bac-Plus-Pet-Gel-gram/dp/B0002ASS0W/ref=sr_1_1?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1514497373&sr=1-1&keywords=benebac If no improvement after being sure the diet is correct and using the probiotic then you should take Jerry to a vet for an exam. Hope this helps.
