Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I suspect this could be secondary to demodex, which is a type of skin mite. There is likely also a bacterial skin infection that needs to be treated due to the potential primary mite infection.
